This is a very widely used app and with the latest update your minimum requirement is iOS 13, which is too recent. You should at least add support for up to iOS 12 or many people will be left out. On android very old OS version is still supported.

Please, we have deleted and reinstalled app several times. does not allow for verification by ITS. When the ITS verification page comes up and data entered screen goes blank.

Unable to update. As my phone does not have enough space

App on iPhone not working

First time accessing the app through iOS as I switched from Android The ITS app is stuck in the logging in screen and not moving further.. But on Android device I’m still able to use it.. can someone help

Firstly the app is great!! but recently since you have updated the minimum IOS version requirement i’m not able to install the new app on my phone as it is on an older version because my phone doesn’t support new IOS.. i would like to kindly request you to disable the update app message as lot of other mumineen are also facing issue and whoever had to update must’ve updated the app by now.. so now the message is not very much required so kindly please disable the message so we can continue using the older version of the app for ITS Updates. Thank You

Calendar Miqaat (events) are not showing up anymore. Other bugs - Communication tab keeps trying to load doesn’t come up. Self scan not work either.

The self scan keeps refreshing and does not load the page. The app gets stuck. Please fix.

This phone is not compatible for the update kindly remove update option so that we can proceed. It’s not letting us go forward until the update is done & with this iPhone 6 we are stuck. The app on iOS is very poorly designed and on android too gives errors sometimes

Updates need to provide backward compatibility on the IOS version. The app keeps on popping Upgrade Now window, and doesn’t allow to access the content.

Salam its application is not working in iphone 12 may be this new version is not acceptable for iphone

The recent updates have made the ITS app immensely more usable. Integration of the document manager to access reliable digital surrogates of important documents is a greatly appreciated feature as well. Jazaakum Allah, it has made Ashara a lot smoother.

This app is only for muslim not other people so if you are not a Muslim please delete app this app tells namaz time and that what Dua to do it is ONLY for muslim I'm sorry but it is only my for muslim I have this app because I am a Muslim and this its52 is only for people who even know what its52 means so please listen SHUKRAN

Hello I would like to know that my its52 application is not working when i am trying to put my authentication after pressing login button suddenly application close, again we try to put authentication then the website is not opening Please look in to this mattet as soon as possible because it is very difficult to check the namaz timings and other important information

You have created an excellent app. I use it every day. But now, in the last week, it crashes upon opening. There is one namaz timing event missing : Fajr start. Although I can set an alert to occur 20 min before Fajr end, the Azaan only at Fajr end. Creating a 9th event, Fajr start, on the Namaz timing feature should solve this. Mumineen.org has a nice calculator for Fajr start. Shukran
